If you are in Year 10 or 11 at school, Castle College offers a number of learning opportunities for you. All courses combine practical hands-on activities with written work. They give you the opportunity to progress on to the next level or employment.
Some courses include large elements of work experience and are called 'Apprenticeships', others involve practical activities in college.
There are so many courses to choose from you are bound to find something you are interested in - subjects include Construction, Childcare, Motor Vehicle, Music, IT, Public Services, Hairdressing, Performing Arts and many more.

If you need some help in deciding which route to take, we offer lots of taster events in different subjects. These will provide you with a hands-on experience of some of the activities you could be taking part in if you decide to come to College.
