Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 received Royal Assent on 30 November 2000 and was implemented in full by January 2005. The Act provides for a general right of access to information held by public authorities or by those providing services for public authorities. Castle College Nottingham has made available all required information.

Charging Policy
Charges for supplying information will sometimes be waived at Castle College's discretion, this will in some cases be when details are sent electronically (e.g. By e-mail). Where a fee is incurred a charge will be made in line with the Fees Regulations.
