An apprenticeship is a nationally recognised training programme for young people.  They have been designed by businesses in the relevant sector ensuring that the training is relevant and tailored to meet the sectors requirements.  They enable an employee to learn, work and earn while becoming qualified at the same time.  By taking part in the apprenticeship scheme it will ensure that your business will avoid a skills shortage in the future.  There are three different levels of apprenticeship:

• Apprenticeship – Level 2
• Advanced Apprenticeship – Level 3
• Higher Apprenticeships – Level 4
