Accomodation
The International Office will assist all new students in finding suitable accommodation. For students aged 18 and over they can choose to live in Mooregate house which has 45 private, single, en-suite rooms divided into flats of five. For students under the age of 18 it is compulsory to live in a College approved Homestay.
All of our accommodation for international students has been inspected and approved to ensure it meets appropriate safety standards. Types of accommodation available are:
Mooregate House
This House has 45 private, single, en-suite rooms, divided into flats consisting of 5. Each flat has a spacious kitchen/dining room area for all students living in the flat to use. All rooms have basic broadband internet access.
Students living at Mooregate House have the benefit of additional support provided by a dedicated member of staff who ensures the building is safe and secure, as well as providing a 24-hour emergency call-out service.

Homestay
The college has an approved network of Homestay providers, who are experienced in looking after international students. All Homestay providers are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau before being appointed and are inspected annually to help ensure the safety of students.
Living in Homestay offers a great opportunity for you to practice your English and experience British family life.
Priority is given to students under the age of 18, although some places are available for older students.
Shared Student Houses
A number of shared student houses are available in the Beeston area for those who are aged over 18 and prefer to live independently. The International Office can provide a list of reputable letting agents and landlords to help you find accommodation to suit your needs.
Please note: students choosing to live in this type of accommodation will have to sign a legal tenancy agreement with a private landlord. This arrangement is between the student and the landlord. The college does not accept any responsibility for any disputes that might arise.
